Sharon D’Onofrio has over 15 years of experience in microfinance, banking, and training. She has done significant work in starting and managing MFIs, conducting MFI evaluations and ratings, and developing and implementing microfinance and job skills trainings. She speaks English and Spanish. Gary Woller, Ph.D, has nearly 20 years of experience as a professor, researcher, author, and banker. He has taught courses in microfinance, management, economics, and public administration. He has authored numerous publications on microfinance. He speaks English and Spanish. Patrick McAllistar has over 15 years of experience in small business, lending, and microfinance. He has worked in housing lending and spent five years working with MFIs in Africa before managing the microfinance unit of a large organization. He speaks English and French. Enterprising
